Leading the first recruitment industry overseas trade delegation to Abu Dhabi and Qatar in 2008, Ann won the TAF Award for Best Practice for Export Initiative. In 2008 she was presented with The Gary Clark Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Recruitment Profession at the Recruiter Awards. Ann was the founder of Learning Curve, the specialist recruitment training company which was acquired by Delphi Group in 1997. As an accomplished speaker, she regularly represents the recruitment industry across Europe, the USA and South Africa. Her first, very successful, business book The Professional Recruiters Handbook, was published by Kogan Page in 2009.
