In 2008 NonStop was awarded unique European Funding allowing us to invest in a solid platform for growth within mainland Europe. Not only does the funding help NonStop, it hugely increases our ability to provide top levels of Customer Service. We have an Internal Quality Control team who manage training needs whilst also assuring the business leaders that the best possible practice is followed. NonStop is also able to offer our clients unique levels of Information Reporting, from Annual Spend Reports to weekly KPIs. In addition to these informative reports NonStop have a dedicated Market Research team that scours the internet daily assisting the consultants in find the best new clients, and candidates for their market so that they are afforded the time to concentrate on what they do best, offering an unparalleled service.
Committed to best practice, NonStop abides by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. NonStop is a Recruitment and Employment Confederation member and follows the REC Code of Professionals Practice and Code of Ethics. NonStop is also presently in the process of completing ISO 9000 certification.
