Inspiring Interns, founded in early 2009 in the midst of the recession, have pioneered the concept of internships as the future of graduate recruitment in the marketing and advertising industries.

Our model, a three month training period with a view to permanent employment, has seen us place over one thousand graduates with hundreds of different companies during one of the worst youth employment crises in recent memory. 65% of those placements have led to the creation of a permanent job.

Inspiring Interns employs innovative video CV technology to allow companies to view potential candidates on our website. Alongside our psychometric testing and in-depth one-on-one interviews this ensures that our interns are always a good fit with their host organisation, contributing to our unrivalled internship to job conversion rate.
