About Taylor Made Recruitment
Established in 2006, we have rapidly progressed to become one of the leading boutique specialist Recruitment Consultancies in the South East. Working solely in the marketing, pr, advertising, digital and creative sectors our Clients and Candidates can be confident they are in good hands.
We understand the pressures of recruiting the right person, and the consequences of getting it wrong, which is why all of our consultants, covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London are fully trained and qualified. Even our least experienced Consultant has over three years recruitment service under her belt!
Several of our Consultants have worked in either agency or Client side Marketing and PR roles themselves so have first hand experience of the sector in all its glory. You will be talking to people who understand your business and what you do and are perfectly placed to source and speak to your future employees on your behalf.
We also take the time to understand our Candidate’s needs and what they require from a role – whether it is career progression, dynamic surroundings or a few more pounds in the bank – we listen to what they say and ensure that we represent them in exactly the right way.
Taylor Made Recruitment is built on a foundation of honesty and integrity. We are not in the business of sending as many CV’s as we can in the hope that one is right, we never talk a Candidate into doing something that we know isn’t right for them, if we have concerns about a person; we are honest about them. If we think someone is brilliant and will get snapped up, we will encourage you to interview them as soon as possible!
In almost five years since Taylor Made Recruitment began, we have grown our database from 0 (literally!) to 10,000 Candidates and our Client list from 0 (honestly!) to over 500 companies throughout London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
In a nutshell, we are a small but perfectly formed business with a reputation that far supersedes our size. We are proud of what we do and how we do it and each one of us at Taylor Made Recruitment wholeheartedly believes that this is how recruitment should be.
